Atlanta Meditation Classes

All of the classes offered at the Atlanta Meditation Center are focused on enhancing the power of the subconscious mind. Our classes use breath, sleep, and energy to help you rejuvenate your life!

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that uses the process of sleep to access the subconscious mind. In this class, you will be guided into a place between awake and asleep. You feel grounded and rested after each class and will notice your life becoming more energized with regular practice.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga focuses on using breath, movement, chanting, and intention to build Kundalini Energy. After each class, you will feel vibrant and energized with an overall sense of wellbeing.

Mindfulness Breathing

This class consists of the use of your conscious circular breath, reiki, evocative music and vibrational sound, which will leave you feeling lighter and a deeper sense of clarity. Class will start with an opening meditation, 40 minutes of breathwork and energy work then we will close with a meditation and sound bath to integrate.
